<p>Job Description:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in general office duties</li>
<li>In charge of hotel and flight bookings</li>
<li>Assist in company functions ie. Annual Dinner / Retreat etc.</li>
<li>To raise Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order as and when required.</li>
<li>Assist in the payroll process.</li>
<li>Assist in ad hoc work as and when required.</li>
<li>Involve in an end-to-end process in regards to recruitment, selection, and hiring process externally.</li>
<li>Identify, propose, and advise hiring methods.</li>
<li>Ensure all approved roles are advertised internally and externally.</li>
<li>Organize and participate in mass recruitment events e.g. career fairs, university fairs, etc.</li>
<li>Taking on an active and creative approach to sourcing suitable candidates to fill in the employment gaps within the company</li>
<li>Build, develop, and maintain an in-house database for internal and external candidates.</li>
<li>Liaise with interviewers and CEO to ensure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews and record in reports accordingly.</li>
<li>Assist in writing approved job specifications in line with the company requirements.</li>
<li>Implement simple, accurate, and yet effective trackable resourcing records and administration processes.</li>
<li>Carry out onboarding procedures of new staff including orientation</li>
