Role Overview: As an F&B Crew member, you are the face of the brand. Your primary goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience by combining high-quality service with operational efficiency. You will handle everything from welcoming guests and managing digital orders to maintaining a pristine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Excellence: Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and provide detailed information on menu items, including ingredients, potential allergens, and daily specials.
• Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems or handheld tablets. Manage "omnichannel" orders, including dine-in, takeaway, and third-party delivery apps (e.g., GrabFood, Shopee Food etc).
• Service Delivery: Serve food and drinks promptly. Monitor guest needs throughout their meal (refilling water, clearing finished plates) to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Sales & Upselling: Suggest appetizers, pairings, or desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase the average check value.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain the hygiene of the dining area, workstations, and restrooms. Follow strict food safety protocols (HACCP) to prevent cross-contamination.
• Financial Transactions: Process payments accurately via cash, credit cards, or mobile wallets. Reconcile daily sales at the end of shifts.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen staff (Back of House) to ensure orders are prepared correctly and served at the right temperature.

Job Requirements

1. Hard Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is generally preferred. Vocational training in hospitality or culinary arts is a strong plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate modern POS systems, digital reservation logs, and kitchen display systems (KDS).
• Basic Math: Strong mental arithmetic for handling cash and splitting bills.

2. Soft Skills (The "Human" Element)

• Stamina & Physicality: Ability to remain on your feet for long shifts (6–10 hours) and carry heavy trays or equipment (up to 15kg/30lbs).
• Communication: Fluent in the primary local language; multilingual skills are highly valued in tourist-heavy areas.
• Stress Management: Ability to stay calm and polite during "the rush" (peak lunch/dinner hours) or when handling difficult customer complaints.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

3. Personal Attributes

• Professional Grooming: Maintaining a neat, clean appearance according to company uniform standards.
• Punctuality: A track record of reliability and arriving for shifts on time.
• Proactive Attitude: Seeing what needs to be done (e.g., wiping a table, restocking napkins) without being asked by a supervisor.
