Job Description:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for full spectrum of HR &amp; Admin functions which included payroll, administration, training &amp; development and other HR related support.</li>
<li>Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data</li>
<li>Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law</li>
<li>Engage in the full cycle of training process, such as map out annual training plans, design and develop training materials, evaluate training programs, and etc.</li>
<li>Monthly reporting on training related information, which includes the reporting of employee accreditation numbers.</li>
<li>Consolidate and prepare monthly HR Report for management review.</li>
<li>Handling and dealing with employee’s related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation &amp; grievances process.</li>
<li>Assist in foreign worker related matters.</li>
<li>To update and maintain accurate personnel report and proper filing system.</li>
<li>Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Superior.</li>
</ul>
