<li>&nbsp;Prepare weekly sales reports and follow up on case statuses with agents.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist agents with data entry, case submissions, claims, and general inquiries.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Handle co-broke letters, ERP checking, updates, and documentation for subsale cases and update HQ.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage agent-related materials (e.g. banners, name cards).</li>
<li>&nbsp;Handle incoming calls, emails, walk-ins, and general office administration.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Generate expense claims and support HR-related tasks.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Organize branch events and liaise with developers on Penang projects.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Provide ongoing support to superiors, HQ, and internal teams as needed.</li>
</ul>
