Job Description

  • Handle new agent registration, REN tag applications, and ensure agent compliance
    处理新房产代理注册、REN 编号申请及确保代理办公合规事宜
     
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and follow up on agent case statuses
    准备每周销售报告并跟进代理个案进度
     
  • Assist agents with data entry, case submissions, commission claims, and general enquiries
    协助代理填写资料、提交交易个案、处理交易佣金申请及其他一般问题
     
  • Manage co-broke letters, ERP system, subsale documentation, and report to HQ
    管理联营信、ERP系统、二手买卖文件,并汇报总部
     
  • Coordinate agent-related materials (banners, name cards, etc.)
    处理代理物资如横幅、名片等
     
  • Attend to incoming calls, emails, walk-in clients, and handle general admin tasks
    接听电话、电邮、接待来访者及一般办公室行政事务
     
  • Generate expense claims, support HR & event coordination, liaise with developers
    处理报销单据,协助人事事务、筹备分行活动及对接发展商
     
  • Provide support to team leads, HQ, and internal teams as needed

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields
    商业管理、市场营销、房地产或相关专业文凭/学位
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems
    熟练使用Microsoft Office及基本ERP系统
     
  • Proficient in Mandarin & English (both spoken and written) – able to liaise with Chinese/English-speaking agents and clients
    须懂中英文听说写,方便与代理及客户沟通
     
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

  • Independent, proactive, and a good team player
