<li>Responsible for managing human resources functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, administration and employee relations in the local operations and report to superior.</li>
<li>Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned job orders.</li>
<li>Engage potential candidates actively using all recruitment methods possible - web portals, job postings, databases, social media, referrals and contacts.</li>
<li>Identify areas of improvement in HR strategies to meet company’s growth and requirements.</li>
<li>Any ad hoc task as required for this position.</li>
