Pong Codan Rubber (M) Sdn Bhd specializes in the manufacture of Solid and Sponge Rubber Profile, Shaped Hose and Moulded products for Automotive O.E.M and other Industries. The Company is the pioneer automotive rubber products producer in Malaysia which had obtained its manufacturing license from MIDA on the 18th January 1989. Our two foreign shareholder Pongpara Codan Rubber Co., Ltd. of Tailand and Codan Gummi A/S of Denmark, which have more than 90-years of experience, provide the expertise and technical assistance.
In addition to this, the Company has also to Technical tie-up which allowed it to have a vast bank of Weather-strip, Rubber Moulding and other Technology from Toyoda Gosei of Japan. The benefits from both European and Japanese Technologies enable us to have the largest and widest range of Rubber Products in Malaysia. Stringent Quality Control and on-going product research are conducted at Company’s Technical Services Laboratories.

<ol>
<li>Coordinate export order processing between overseas customer and the factory to ensure smooth production and shipment flow.</li>
<li>Prepare and issue delivery instructions (DI/DO) to relevant production and warehouse teams for timely delivery.</li>
<li>Liaise with forwarding agents, logistics providers, and shipping companies to arrange export shipments and ensure accurate documentation.</li>
<li>Monitor daily sales orders, shipment schedules, and delivery status to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) performance.</li>
<li>Prepare and verify export documents such as Delivery Notes, Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and other necessary shipping documents.</li>
<li>Communicate with Japanese customers using basic Japanese (email/WhstsApp) when required; assist internal teams with simple translation.</li>
<li>Track and update export shipment records, lead time, and logistics performance indicators.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal departments (production, QA, warehouse, planning) to resolve export-related issues.</li>
</ol>
