Strategically located in the heart of Cyberjaya, Hotel Primera Suite, a member of the Prima Group of Companies provides 67 rooms and suites spread over 6 floors with modern comforts of high-speed wifi access, cable TV, non-smoking rooms, kitchenette and mini bar. Hotel Primera Suite has a fully equipped meeting room and our ballroom can accommodate up to 200 pax.   
As a Guest Service Assistant, you will be expected to provide a warm, friendly and memorable welcome to our guests and ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout their stay with us. You will provide support in all guest service-related functions. You will be expected to keep up to date with information about services from accommodation to food and beverage as well as maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our facilities, pricing and promotions in order to advise guests accordingly.&nbsp;
