Job description:
**Qualification Requirements** - SPM
Salary : RM1700 starting pay, RM100 after 3 months probation
Oral Skill :

<li>English, Malay &amp; Chinese (Advantage)</li>

⁃ Hard working, Honest
⁃ Able to work overtime, public holidays.
⁃ Great customer service skills
⁃ Responsible and committed in work, able to work independently as well as team oriented
⁃ Previous working experience in similar industry is an added advantage.
⁃ Proficient in Computer, Microsoft office.
Responsibilities :
<ol>
<li>Greet all walk-in guests.</li>
<li>Manage check-in &amp; check-out using hotel software (Training will be provided).</li>
<li>Guests liaison &amp; attend to guests requests and complaints if any.</li>
<li>Hotel related administrative work when necessary.</li>
</ol>
