**Qualification Requirements** - SPM

Salary : RM1700 starting pay, RM100 after 3 months probation

Oral Skill :

  1. English, Malay & Chinese (Advantage)

Job requirements :

⁃ Hard working, Honest

⁃ Able to work overtime, public holidays.

⁃ Great customer service skills

⁃ Responsible and committed in work, able to work independently as well as team oriented

⁃ Previous working experience in similar industry is an added advantage.

⁃ Proficient in Computer, Microsoft office.

Responsibilities :

  1. Greet all walk-in guests.
  2. Manage check-in & check-out using hotel software (Training will be provided).
  3. Guests liaison & attend to guests requests and complaints if any.
  4. Hotel related administrative work when necessary.
