Job Description

 Responsibilities

  • Guest Services: Greet, welcome, and assist guests with check-in and general inquiries, providing information and directions.
  • Logistics and Operations: Coordinate and manage guest flow, handle baggage check-in, assist with luggage, and help with transportation or boarding procedures.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints, lost luggage, or other issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Make reservations, sell tickets, and maintain records or data as needed.
  • Environment Management: Keep the reception or public areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other staff, such as transportation or service teams, to ensure a seamless guest experience. 

Job Requirements

 Qualifications and skills

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is often preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with reservation systems, POS systems, or other hospitality software can be a plus.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
