In this role, you will interact directly with clients to design personalized corporate merchandise and ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

<li>Interact with customers and respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via WhatsApp messages or phone calls. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist customers in designing their corporate promotional merchandise such as t-shirts, goodie bags, lanyards, mugs, and more. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and send professional quotations and invoices based on customer requirements and internal pricing policies. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth coordination from sample design approval to final product printing. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Arrange courier deliveries for completed orders using logistics services like Lalamove, Aramex, and others. &nbsp;</li>

You will be the bridge between creativity and customer service — helping clients bring their brand ideas to life through well-designed merchandise!
