Job Description

• Conference and Event Planners organize and coordinate services for Corporate Event , Launching, Annual Dinner .
• Tasks include - Execution for Event & Sales
• Promoting Corporate Event, Launching, Annual Dinner to Potential Customers;
• Meeting with Clients to discuss their needs and outlining package options to meet these needs;
• Arranging and coordinating services such as conference facilities, catering, signage, displays, audiovisual and computer equipment, accommodation, transport and social events for participants, and logistical arrangements for presenters;
• Organizing registration of participants;
• Negotiating the type and costs of services to be provided within budget
• Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders.

Job Requirements

• SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields
• Candidates with one year of experience in dinner and corporate events are preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia .
• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
• Exhibit strong Negotiation and Problem Solving Skills.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attitude and responsible character.
• Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
• Must have own transport
