Job Description

<li>Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept development to completion.</li>
<li>Liaise with clients, vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.</li>
<li>Prepare event timelines, schedules, budgets, and project documentation.</li>
<li>Coordinate event logistics, manpower, equipment, and transportation arrangements.</li>
<li>Conduct site visits and oversee event setup, execution, and dismantling.</li>
<li>Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.</li>
<li>Handle client enquiries and maintain strong client relationships.</li>
<li>Resolve operational issues promptly during event execution.</li>
<li>Prepare post-event reports and evaluations.</li>
