Our Story

<li>Prepare monthly and yearly accounts closing</li>
<li>Ensure timely reporting of monthly financial information</li>
<li>Prepare sales invoices and monthly debtor statements</li>
<li>Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure matters arising are resolved on a timely and accurate basis</li>
<li>Prepare payroll payment and statutory contribution payment</li>
<li>Assist in developing and implementing the monthly account planning and activities</li>
<li>Prepare full set accounts involving invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets schedule, general journal, Management Report (P&amp;L and Balance Sheets) and reporting to Directors on monthly basis</li>
<li>Reconcile accounts payable and receivable</li>
<li>Handle in service tax submission</li>
<li>Prepare monthly bank reconciliation</li>
<li>Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement, etc</li>
<li>Process payroll, prepare and assisit in any ad-hoc tasks as required</li>
</ul>
