Invoices processing<ul><li>Receive and review vendor invoices through the Coupa ERP system, ensuring accuracy, validity and completeness.</li><li>Validate invoices against purchase orders and promptly following up with Requesters on any discrepancies or mismatches.</li><li>Ensure expenses are correctly and accurately recorded in the general ledger while ensuring compliance with the established internal company policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Address vendor and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently and timely.</li></ul>2. Payment processing<ul><li>Verify the accuracy and integrity of vendor payment information.</li><li>Process payments and ensuring strict compliance with the applicable tax regulations and legal requirements.</li><li>Ensure all payment are correctly and accurately recorded in the general ledger while adhering to the established internal company policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Respond promptly to vendor and stakeholder inquiries and provide clear and effective communication.</li></ul>3. Staff reimbursement/claims<ul><li>Ensure staff submits claims in accordance with internal company policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Independently process and review staff reimbursement/claims while ensuring the staff comply with the internal company policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Maintain close communicate and follow up with staffs to ensure timely closure of staff claims.</li></ul>4. Reporting and documentation<ul><li>Support the preparation of accounts payable and staff reimbursement/claims outstanding and ageing report regularly and in a timely manner to support financial monitoring and decision-making.</li><li>Support the preparation of other applicable financial reports as and when required by the Management.</li><li>Support the collaboration with internal and external auditors to facilitate the audit review of the Company.</li><li>Assist the financial month-end closing, related to accounts payable.</li></ul>5. Others<ul><li>Support on any ad hoc and administrative tasks as and when required by the Management.</li></ul> Minimum Job Requirement Qualification:1. Bachelor or Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.2. Internationally recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.) or working towards designation will be an added advantage. Relevant Experience: None. Fresh graduate is acceptable. Other Requirements: 1. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.3. Independent, organized and possess good work ethics with a positive attitude.4. Flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.5. Attention to details, meticulous and diligent.6. Efficient and able to work under pressure.7. Responsible and willing to learn.
