We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow and Succeed.The incumbent is responsible to closely assist the region Agency Force to achieve the overall productivity, profitability and quality targeted by the Company.Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitoring and tracking - Monthly KPI / weekly targets and submission forecast, progress monitoring by branch, race, agency and by respective work groups, on a weekly basis.</li><li>Work closely with and support Agency Growth team in identifying root causes/trends of customer service issues.</li><li>Ensure training rooms, training centers and other training facilities &amp; equipment are well maintained.</li><li>Assist and support all launches and events organized by AG.</li><li>Organize and implement formal platform for interaction of agency members and building teamwork through group meetings and gatherings.</li><li>Assist and support data management and reporting.</li></ul>Job Specifications:<ul><li>Degree in any discipline.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of working experience in Distribution Management or Business Development roles.</li><li>Experience in agency development will be an added advantage</li><li>Strong drive and influencing skills.</li><li>Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.</li><li>Self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.</li></ul>&nbsp; Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
