We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.<div>JOB SCOPE:</div>The position is responsible to drive the success of the non-wealth segment including Mortgage business, Business Banking and Commercial Banking.PRINCIPAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:a) Driving performance <ul><li>To be responsible to support and deliver non-wealth sales performance.</li><li>To be responsible to plan and execute initiatives to achieve the objective namely training, coaching, client events, marketing, products, sales campaign and underwriting/operation initiatives.</li><li>To prepare insights and analysis based on the available reports for periodic performance review with internal and bank partners especially on Mortgage Business, Business Banking and Commercial Banking business model.</li></ul>b) Mortgage, Business Banking and Commercial Banking <ul><li>To provide support in terms of quotation, joint sales and queries to UOB to drive sales</li><li>To organize training, coaching, soft skill enhancement and client events</li><li>Follow up on E2E sales process management for new business and policy servicing.</li><li>To monitor on performance and highlight any issues that may impact the delivery of performance and guidelines. Monitoring including enrolment, cancellation, persistency and post-sale journey.</li><li>To support launch of initiatives eg. Underwriting, training and product initiatives.</li></ul><div>JOB SPECIFICATION </div>Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma / Degree with successful track records</li><li>Prior telemarketing experience of proven track record in life insurance sales management would be preferred</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum&nbsp;5 years&nbsp;related experience in similar capacity.</li></ul>Knowledge:<ul><li>Problem solving skills and results oriented.</li><li>Meticulous with the ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Business planning and project management background would be an added advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication, writing, research,&nbsp;presentation, interpersonal and negotiation&nbsp;skills.</li></ul>&nbsp; Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
