Recruitment Planning &amp; Development</h2><ul><li>Work closely with the Agency Growth and Training teams to support new recruiting agents and leaders in recruitment development.</li><li>Plan and organise recruitment activities such as <b>workshops, and seminars</b> in building the agency recruitment system.</li><li>Monitor performance of new recruits’ productivity and retention for all related initiatives and contests.</li><li>Develop systems and processes to track outcomes and effectiveness of recruitment programmes for improvement, such as lead generation or prospective new recruit management.</li><li>Explore and venture into new recruitment platforms and activities such as digital platforms and university/college collaborations to increase recruitment awareness and numbers.</li><li>Organise, monitor, and track recruitment activities, results, follow‑ups, and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.</li></ul><p></p><h2>2. Communication and Organization Development</h2><ul><li>Develop marketing and promotional materials to support and achieve agency strategic action plans on improving activation, productivity, recruitment, and retention.</li><li>Promote company recruitment programmes.</li><li>Communicate and motivate by promoting agency, regional, or company‑wide challenges, incentives, and contests.</li><li>Assist and support all launches and recruitment events, including career talks, recruitment activities, and regional initiatives or major events.</li></ul><p></p><h2>3.
