We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.Principal Duties &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Responsible for supporting the development of products activation initiatives that support Agency product delivery strategy</li><li>To support the conduct of Proposition Activation Working Committee and follow up actions with the working group (i.e. Health, Agency, Marketing, Operations).</li><li>To support the conduct of market intelligent study via regular structured product focus group to meet up with distributors, market watch and monitoring of new product launches and campaign launches by competitors for analysis to generate ideas and collect feedback for insurance products.</li><li>To support Agency’s strategy to increase agents’ activities, productivities and average case size</li><li>To identify, design and support the development of sales tools, materials and proposition training to support the Agents’ training sessions and product activation initiatives.</li><li>To support product performance review and product deep dive analysis on both customers and sellers’ demographics, profiles and trends for actionable insights supporting key activation plans.</li><li>Provide on-going product support in all matters related to products including customer campaigns, marketing materials, meeting </li><li>with agents’ committee, complaints handling and etc.</li><li>Collaborate with the team members to provide timely and accurate delivery and response to product queries from internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul>Job Specification: a. Qualifications • Degree in Actuarial Science is preferable (but not a must) b. Experience • At least 8 years (at least 5 to 8 years for Manager position) of working experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the areas of product development, product marketing, or actuarial. c. Knowledge • Insurance product knowledge, with good fundamentals of the various product structures / platforms and well-versed with the product development process. • Actuarial (not necessary but is an added advantage) • LOMA (not necessary but is an added advantage)&nbsp; Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
