TAKI Pets is a premium, restaurant-grade freeze-dried pet food hbrand, built in Singapore and manufactured in our new 20× capacity facility — TAKI Land (2026).

This role owns the commercial growth engine.
You will inherit an active growth engine across multiple markets and will be expected to scale it with stronger systems, sharper execution, and regional playbooks.
You report directly to the Founder.
The Mandate
You are accountable for revenue.
Across:
- Marketplaces
- DTC website
- CRM & retention
- Offline & modern trade support
- Cross-border expansion
Growth with commercial discipline is the goal.
Core Responsibilities
- Marketplace Revenue Ownership
Shopee • Lazada • RedMart • TikTok Shop • Shopify
- Own GMV targets across markets
- 9.9 / 11.11 / 12.12 campaign planning, architecture and execution
- Listing optimisation & keyword strategy
- Platform ads management
- Liaise with platform account managers
- Bundle strategy & pricing architecture
- Cross-border listings
If you have never directly managed marketplace campaigns, this is not the role for you.
2. Performance Marketing Engine
- Meta / TikTok / Google ads
- CAC discipline
- ROAS targets
- Funnel design
- Creative testing velocity
- Data dashboard ownership
Agency oversight may be part of the role, but performance accountability remains internal.
3. CRM & Retention Systems
- Email flows
- Loyalty programmes
- Referral programmes
- VIP reward tiers
- LTV optimisation
Retention is not optional. It is core.
4. Content & Brand Execution
- Translate brand storytelling into revenue-driven content
- Support short-form video strategy
- Support livestream strategy
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required
- Coordinate with Founder and creative / content stakeholders
This is a commercial brand, not an art project.
5. Offline & Modern Trade Support
- Expand pet shop & grooming shop presence
- Support sell-through via sampling & marketing materials
- Work with supermarket buyers on listing & promotions
- Align digital campaigns with in-store activation
Online + offline must reinforce each other.
6. Cross-Border & Regional Expansion
- Grow Shopee Malaysia
- Align with Hong Kong & China team / distributors to improve sell-through performance and campaign execution
- Lead Taiwan marketplace entry strategy
- Test Amazon US / selective EU markets
- Build structured market-entry playbooks
- Direct execution ownership will vary by market depending on channel and distributor structure
This is a regional commercial role, not a single-country job.
7. Authority & Ownership
- Direct ownership: paid media budgets, campaign execution, marketplace growth (owned channels)
- Influence/shared ownership: pricing, product launch priorities, distributor market execution, retail activations
- Direct access to founder for fast decisions
Who You Are
- You think regionally, not just domestically
- 5–10 years in e-commerce / digital / growth
- Have scaled GMV meaningfully
- Marketplace-native operator
- Data fluent
- Comfortable in startup chaos
- Willing to travel regionally when required
- Not shy on camera
- Execution-first mindset
Preferred:
- DTC / FMCG challenger / Beauty / Pet industry
- Cross-border SEA experience
- Marketplace ads experience hands-on

What Success Looks Like (12 Months)
- Cross-market pricing & bundling logic standardised
- acceDeliver measurable GMV growth with profitable ROAS discipline (no margin erosion)
- Build a regional commercial calendar (campaigns, launches, promos) across SG/MY/HK/TW
- Improve repeat purchase / retention through CRM and lifecycle systems
- Standardise pricing, bundling, and promotional logic across key markets
- Establish Taiwan launch execution plan and first-market traction milestones
- Build reporting cadence (weekly dashboard + monthly performance reviews)
Working Structure
- Monday–Friday (flexible hours)
- Campaign peak periods may require weekend pushes
- Malaysia-based, regional coordination, some travel
- Direct Founder access
Compensation
- Base: RM15–18k (commensurate with what you bring)
- Performance-based variable bonus
- Annual stretch bonus tied to company growth milestones
