Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This role is responsible for managing the sales pipeline, developing strategic opportunities, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, strong in client acquisition, and experienced in managing and coaching a high-performing sales team. If you are passionate about sales leadership and enjoy building winning teams, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire strategic clients.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, track performance, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Coach and mentor sales executives to improve productivity and closing rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and account teams to maximise campaign opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, media, or advertising.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Mandarin/Chinese-speaking preferred due to client communication needs
