As a Category Admin, you will be supporting the merchandising team by ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining item master records, managing purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.&nbsp;
This role is ideal for someone passionate about the grocery retail industry, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational efficiency and accuracy. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers and internal teams.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide administrative support to the Merchandising team.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier databases and product listings.</li>
<li>Assist in managing Purchase Orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.</li>
<li>Follow up on delivery timelines, stock availability and documentation issues with suppliers.</li>
<li>Prepare basic reports to support product performance tracking, supplier accuracy and stock movement.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal departments for new product launches, price changes and promotions.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and company SOPs for product onboarding and purchasing.</li>
</ul>
