Working Days: 5 days (8am - 5pm)

Job Duties:
- Manage purchase requisitions from sales representatives
- Source and negotiate with suppliers on pricing and lead times to maximize company benefits
- Prepare Purchase Orders and ensure they are received by suppliers; PC literacy (SQL knowledge is a plus)
- Coordinate and communicate consistently with suppliers and sales representatives
- Assess supplier offers and negotiate competitive pricing
- Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure products are delivered in good condition
- Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing requirements
- Keep track of purchasing and receiving of goods
- Conduct general filing tasks and maintain organized documentation
- Offer administrative support, including managing stock counts
Job Requirements
- Aged between 18 and 35
- Recent graduates are welcomed to apply
- At least 1 year of professional experience
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
- Committed to the job and the organization
