Location: Bukit Puchong, Selangor

Working Days: 5 days (8am - 5pm)

Job Duties:

  • Manage purchase requisitions from sales representatives
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers on pricing and lead times to maximize company benefits
  • Prepare Purchase Orders and ensure they are received by suppliers; PC literacy (SQL knowledge is a plus)
  • Coordinate and communicate consistently with suppliers and sales representatives
  • Assess supplier offers and negotiate competitive pricing
  • Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure products are delivered in good condition
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing requirements
  • Keep track of purchasing and receiving of goods
  • Conduct general filing tasks and maintain organized documentation
  • Offer administrative support, including managing stock counts

Job Requirements

  • Aged between 18 and 35
  • Recent graduates are welcomed to apply
  • At least 1 year of professional experience
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Committed to the job and the organization
