Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Manage purchase requisitions from sales representatives</li>
<li>Source and negotiate with suppliers on pricing and lead times to maximize company benefits</li>
<li>Prepare Purchase Orders and ensure they are received by suppliers; PC literacy (SQL knowledge is a plus)</li>
<li>Coordinate and communicate consistently with suppliers and sales representatives</li>
<li>Assess supplier offers and negotiate competitive pricing</li>
<li>Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure products are delivered in good condition</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing requirements</li>
<li>Keep track of purchasing and receiving of goods</li>
<li>Conduct general filing tasks and maintain organized documentation</li>
<li>Offer administrative support, including managing stock counts</li>
</ul>
