What You’ll Do
- Support our team with client requests and simple technical issues.
- Help track inventory and assist with warehouse tasks.
- Join onsite service visits with senior team members (when needed).
- Learn to troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems.
- Record and report user issues to our operations team.
- Take on other hands-on tasks to learn more about health tech operations.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of computers and troubleshooting.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player.
- Available for a full-time internship (6 months minimum).
- Driver’s license is a plus (for onsite visits).
