Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Intern to support our sales and operations teams. This internship is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates who are looking to gain real-world experience in a dynamic working environment, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. You will assist with administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth sales processes and excellent customer service. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other sales documents
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups via phone, email, or WhatsApp. 
  • Call prospect clients to introduce services or follow up on inquiries.
  • Support scheduling and coordination with design and project teams.
  • Maintain and update sales records and filing systems
  • Assist with payment follow-ups and reminders.
  • Perform general administrative support related to sales operations.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration or a related field. 
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Confident in speaking on the phone and engaging with potential clients. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using WhatsApp/email for communication. 
  • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn. 
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
