<p>As a Billing and Contract Administration Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Billing, Contracts, and Assignments Management department. You will gain hands-on experience in various tasks relating to billing, contract management, and data analysis. <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Billing Management</strong></p>
<p>Assist in billing management activities that includes;</p>
<ul>
<li>Creating Remarketing Sales Invoices</li>
<li>Creating First-term invoices</li>
<li>Creating Inertia invoices</li>
<li>Creating Extension invoices</li>
<li>Creating Stamping Invoices</li>
<li>Creating EOL/RMA damages charges invoices.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Assignment Management</strong></p>
<p>Assist with documentation relating to assignment management to enable sale of contracts to a funding party.</p>
<p><strong>End-of-Lease (EOL) Contract Management</strong></p>
<p>Assist in coordination and administration of EOL equipment within a stipulated timeline. These tasks include but not limited to;</p>
<ul>
<li>Communication management with customers,</li>
<li>Equipment refresh management,</li>
<li>Equipment termination management</li>
</ul>
<p>Assist with managing asset movements to, with and from our customers. These tasks includes but not limited to;</p>
<ul>
<li>Asset to invoices mapping.</li>
<li>Asset management systems cleanup.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Others</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for checking and authorizing Delivery Order, Rental Order Contracts and Sales Orders on a shift by shift basis, along with other members of the Billing Team.</li>
<li>Assist in data preparation for new ERP migration</li>
<li>Ensure to attend all online or on/off-site training or any other training arranged by the company for its staff.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring completion of any other work parcels or tasks appropriately assigned.</li>
</ul>
