As a Student Enrollment &amp; Outreach Intern at BKS Iyengar Yogashala, you’ll be the bridge between our offerings and the people seeking a meaningful wellness journey. Your primary responsibility is to engage with leads and prospective students through calls, messages, emails, and social media — guiding them to the right classes, workshops, and courses that suit their needs.
 Responsibilities:

<li>Communicate with leads and prospective students via WhatsApp, phone, email, and Instagram DMs. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide information about ongoing and upcoming yoga classes, workshops, and teacher training programs. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow up with inquiries and track interest levels using CRM or spreadsheets. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with managing enrollment via our platform (e.g., Momence). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate trial class bookings and ensure smooth onboarding of new students. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain positive relationships and timely responses to inquiries. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing and front desk teams for student campaigns. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Offer feedback on frequently asked questions to improve FAQs and outreach material. &nbsp;</li>
