Job Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and warm Front Desk Associate Intern who will be the welcoming face of our Yogashala. This internship offers hands-on experience in wellness space management, student engagement, and light administrative duties in a peaceful, yoga-centered setting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet students and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Assist with class check-ins, registrations, and student inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and respond to basic email inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and serene reception area.
- Support admin staff in managing class schedules and office inventory.
- Assist with social media content creation (optional, if interested).
- Learn and assist with our Momence student management system.
- Support event and workshop operations as needed.
Job Requirements
- A student or fresh graduate in hospitality, communications, wellness, or related fields.
- Friendly, responsible, and calm under pressure.
- Passionate about yoga, wellness, or healthy living (experience not required, but a plus).
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa or Mandarin is a plus).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic digital tools (Google Workspace, apps, etc.).
- Willing to work flexible hours (mornings/evenings/weekends).
