<li>Match invoices with supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Follow up on pending documents from related departments.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation.</li>
<li>Respond to vendor inquiries and assist the Account Executive on payment-related issues.</li>
<li>Support the monthly closing process related to Account Payables.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining proper filing of account documents for record-keeping.</li>
<li>To perform other duties assigned by superior from time to time (if any).</li>
