<li>Take a lead role in customer service &amp; product display.</li>
<li>Play an integral part in contributing to outlet sales achievement, sales growth, and quality customer service.</li>
<li>Assisting in all aspects of the outlet, especially display, merchandising, and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Build and maintain good rapport with customers.</li>
<li>Handle cash transactions between customers and retail stores.</li>
<li>Assists in the opening and closing of a retail location.</li>
<li>Help stock shelves in the proximity.</li>
<li>Completes, processes and maintains applicable paperwork and records. Must be good in handling documentation process.</li>
<li>Responsible for monitoring store activities, keeping track of sales performance, and managing the daily operations of the stores including the team members.</li>
<li>Responsible for dealing with customer inquiries and complaints and provide assistance to subordinates if needed.</li>
<li>Monitor subordinates’ performances to ensure they are aligned with the company’s standard.</li>
<li>Responsible to manage and create the schedule for the staffs to ensure sufficient manpower arrangement.</li>
<li>Be critical in finding a solution to solve any problems or in any ad-hoc situations.</li>
<li>Liaise with other departments for work-related matters to ensure a smooth process and communication.</li>
<li>Responsible to report to the management regarding any issues related to the store, staffs and etc.</li>
<li>Conduct training to new or existing members to comply with the company’s procedure accordingly.</li>
<li>Responsible to provide continuous effective training to retain retail talents with a vast experience.</li>
</ul>
