Job Description

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners to drive product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve sales targets by ensuring effective market coverage, distribution width, and depth.
  • Plan and execute sales activities, trade promotions, and in-store displays to maximize brand presence and sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing timely reports and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including stock management, order coordination, and timely delivery to customers.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate merchandisers to ensure proper product display, merchandising standards, and execution of promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate trade execution, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Resolve on-ground operational issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, and finance) to support business plans and improve sales efficiency.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently within assigned areas.
