Our Culture

<li>Develop and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners to drive product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.</li>
<li>Achieve sales targets by ensuring effective market coverage, distribution width, and depth.</li>
<li>Plan and execute sales activities, trade promotions, and in-store displays to maximize brand presence and sales performance.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing timely reports and recommendations to management.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including stock management, order coordination, and timely delivery to customers.</li>
<li>Supervise, coach, and motivate merchandisers to ensure proper product display, merchandising standards, and execution of promotional activities.</li>
<li>Conduct regular store visits to evaluate trade execution, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.</li>
<li>Resolve on-ground operational issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, and finance) to support business plans and improve sales efficiency.</li>
