Job Description

1. Conduct direct sales activities, product promotions, and demonstrations, and participate in marketing initiatives to support market expansion.
    
2. Gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic planning.
    
3. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
    
4. Assist the sales team in achieving overall sales goals.
    
5. Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new leads.
    
6. Coordinate with internal departments, including Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and Finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
    
7. Ensure proper documentation for sales orders, quotations, contracts, and pricing.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales.
   
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (preferable).
   
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned regions.
   
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
   
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
