As the Senior Executive - Sustainability and Corporate Affairs, you will play a key role in overseeing the company's corporate affairs and sustainability initiatives. What you'll be doing <ul> <li>Sustainability Strategy: Implementing sustainability governance, developing a sustainability blueprint. Develop and executive initiatives and procedures aligned with standards, reporting and disclosure requirements. Assist in creating and implementing strategies that align with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Data Management: Collect, analyze, and report on sustainability metrics and performance indicators.</li> <li>Project Management: Oversee sustainability projects, ensuring they meet budget and timeline constraints.</li> <li>Reporting: Support the preparation of the Sustainability Report and the integrated annual report.</li> <li>Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving sustainability practices and corporate performance.</li> <li>Management/Board Meetings: Prepare presentation materials, set agendas, and follow up on action items.</li> <li>Awareness and Engagement: Develop sustainability awareness strategies and facilitate CSR events, training, and social media content.</li> <li>ESG Compliance: Assist in the development and execution of the company's ESG reporting strategy and ensure compliance with industry standards.</li> <li>Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed about ESG regulations and ensure alignment with requirements.</li> <li>Website Administration: Maintain and update sustainability and corporate website content.</li> <li>Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks and projects as required.</li> </ul> What we're looking for <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor’s or professional degree in a related field.</li> <li>Experience: Minimum of 5 - 10 years in related fields, with experience in sustainability/ESG reporting and annual report production.</li> <li>Skills: <ul> <li>Familiarity with corporate reporting, governance, and sustainability/ESG frameworks.</li> <li>Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.</li> <li>Fast learner and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong organizational and project management skills.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office/excel/PowerPoint applications.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.</li> <li>High level of professionalism and integrity.</li> <li>Ability to work independently, multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently.</li> <li>Passion for sustainability.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </div>
