About the Job&nbsp;This position is part of Sanofi Business Operations, within Process Excellence &amp; Innovation organization and reporting to the Head of Continuous Improvement. Process Excellence &amp; Innovation (PE&amp;I) drives continuous improvement and process excellence, ensuring existing service towers adopt a standard framework, methodologies and tools to deliver upon end-to-end process excellence ambition.&nbsp;The role will provide Continuous Improvement leadership to help standardize and transform our end-to-end process. The role is focused on complex initiatives, that can span transversally across end-to-end process areas and regions, in an environment with a high degree of inter-dependancy.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide Continuous Improvement (CI) guidance to Business Operations department.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain and promote the CI framework.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to Business Operations CI Program, especially during assessment, design and execution phases.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide consultancy, mentoring, coaching to CI initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead some CI initiatives, especially the transversal ones. Develop and provide supporting tools and methodology.&nbsp;</li><li>Disseminate CI culture across Business Operations department&nbsp;</li><li>Design and execute CI training programs&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to CI governance with various stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li>Provide the right factual data to Process Owners so they can take the best decisions.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and promote synergies across the different end-to-end process.&nbsp;</li><li>Liaise with other PE&amp;I teams (e.g. Process Intelligence, Process Mining, Data, Automation, etc.) to reach the maximum of efficiencies.&nbsp;</li></ul>About You&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or Science.</li><li>3-5 years of working experience in GBS / BPO Shared Services industry or consulting industry.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Certification in CI methodology (Black Belt certified or any other equivalent certification).&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledgeable in business process in scope (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement, Manufacturing &amp; Supply, R&amp;D).</li><li>Proven track record of impactful contributions to CI programs with tangible results.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills, including with Senior stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication &amp; inter-personal skills, ability to develop high-quality documents.</li><li>Ability to lead and motivate team members with indirect reporting relationships across multiple geographies. through a CI journey.&nbsp;</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently and take initiative under pressure.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong collaboration mindset with ability to work with a group of people with different functional expertise.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Adaptability to deliver in ambiguous context, flexible, comfortable with changes.&nbsp;</li><li>Efficient analytical skills, attention to details.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge/certification on Continuous Improvement methodology (Lean Black Belt).</li><li>Fluent in English is mandatory.
