Job Description

  • Proactively generate new leads through online and offline channels, including networking events, industry conferences, social media outreach, and inbound marketing leads.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective customers to understand their business needs and position our software solutions effectively.
  • Present, promote, and sell our solutions to both new and existing clients using solid arguments and consultative selling techniques.
  • Follow up diligently on all leads, ensuring timely communication and continuous engagement until deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and other performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, follow-up speed).
  • Conduct product demos or virtual presentations tailored to specific client needs, highlighting relevant benefits and ROI.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
  • Gather market and customer feedback, including needs, pain points, objections, and competitor activities, and relay insights to the product and marketing teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitors’ offerings, using this knowledge to enhance sales strategies.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional features or services based on client usage patterns and business growth.
  • Collaborate with the customer success and marketing teams to ensure seamless handover and client onboarding.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques through regular training, coaching, and self-learning.

Job Requirements

 

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or a similar sales/customer-facing role. (Experience in B2B or SaaS sales is a strong advantage.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable with using CRM software and digital communication tools
  • Strong interest in technology, digital tools, and business automation solutions.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-first mindset.
  • This position is also open to part-time applicants, making it suitable for those seeking flexible work arrangements.
