Job Summary:
The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to the daily operations of the interior design company. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle various office management tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication within the company. Basic financial knowledge is essential to assist with bookkeeping and project costing tasks. 
<ins>Key Responsibilities:</ins>

<li>Perform general administrative duties, including managing correspondence, phone calls, emails, and scheduling.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing project documentation, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.</li>
<li>Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors as required.</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring and tracking project timelines and deliverables.</li>
<li>Handle office inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance.</li>
<li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, receipts, and basic financial record-keeping.</li>
<li>Provide support for project costing, budget tracking, and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Support marketing and promotional activities, including social media management (if needed).</li>
