Job Description

- Archive minimum breakdown on IT system and infrastructure submit to cases

- Support during any breakdown on network

- Ensure user backup system are in service

- Handle Software, Troubleshoot of standard office application

- Ensure all users ticket ITSM / problem resolve within timeline

- Create Account, Delete Account and Ensure all user have standard tools

- Handle email support for all users

- All equipment is standardized according to group standard, Upgrade patch, firmware time to time

- Maintain Desktops Hardware Configuration & Operating Systems

- Handle PCs, Notebooks, Peripherals and Printers

- Inventory control / Asset tagging / Scarp equipment as per SOP

Job Requirements

Posseses Diploma or Degree in IT
Good communication both English and Malay
Good personality and able to assist employee with queries related to IT
