The Opportunity

Are you ready to kickstart your career in HR? We’re looking for a People & Culture Intern to join our team! This isn't just about observation; it’s about immersion. You’ll get a front-row seat to how a modern HR department functions, gaining hands-on experience in everything from talent discovery to employee engagement.

What You’ll Learn & Do

• Talent Support: Learn the "how-to" of recruitment. You’ll assist our team in sourcing candidates, help coordinate interview schedules, and learn how to screen for the perfect cultural fit.
• Onboarding Experience: Help us create a "Wow!" moment for new hires. You’ll support the team in preparing orientation materials and ensuring every new joiner feels at home from their first day.
• HR Research Lab: Be our eyes and ears on the industry. You’ll dive into research projects on the latest HR trends and best practices, helping us stay fresh and innovative.
• Policy Collaboration: See how company culture is codified. You’ll get to assist in the development of HR policies, learning the "why" and "how" behind workplace guidelines.
• Operations & Admin: Master the fundamentals. By helping maintain our digital filing systems and providing administrative support, you’ll learn the critical organizational backbone that keeps a company running smoothly.

Job Requirements
