Job Description

 

YYC is looking for a dynamic and driven talent to lead sales initiatives in assigned areas. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering impactful presentations on our products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and overseeing the quality of our delivery service.

  What You Will Be Doing

  1. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet company goals and growth targets. 
  2. Identify and pursue opportunities to close business deals. 
  3. Build strong relationships with leaders, colleagues, and clients to enhance collaboration and drive business success. 
  4. Understand client needs to propose solutions that address their challenges and add value. 
  5. Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage collections to secure sales. 
  6. Contribute to sales planning by providing insights for business development strategies and goals. 
  7. Set up appointments and present YYC's products and professional services to clients. 
  8. Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentation to clients to drive sales. 
  9. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team, and other business units to align strategies and improve service offerings. 
  10. Actively recommend improvements to processes and ways to enhance client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

 

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of Accounting/Accountancy, Finance, Commerce or equivalent.
  2. Strong negotiation, sales prospecting, and strategic planning abilities. 
  3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. 
  4. Self-motivated, able to take on challenges, and eager to learn. 
  5. Business acumen with a keen understanding of client needs and industry trends.
  6. Bilingual communicator with strong English and Chinese proficiency.
