<p>We are seeking a proactive and results-driven <strong>Client Engagement Associate</strong> to drive sales and engagement for our professional training programs targeted at working professionals and corporate clients. This role requires a strong understanding of B2C and B2B sales, relationship management, and consultative selling to ensure potential clients are guided through the enrollment process effectively.</p>

<h3><strong>Sales &amp; Client Acquisition:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify, prospect, and engage with working professionals and corporate clients interested in upskilling through our training programs.</li>
<li>Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.</li>
<li>Effectively present program details, value propositions, and benefits to potential clients.</li>
<li>Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets.</li>
<li>Track and report sales performance metrics, including conversion rates and revenue growth.</li>

<h3><strong>Client Engagement &amp; Relationship Management:</strong></h3>

<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.</li>

<li>Ensure seamless onboarding of enrolled participants, assisting them with learning platform access and program guidance.</li>
