<li>Handle inbound calls and emails, providing service information and supporting customer inquiries.</li>
<li>Follow up on quotations, leads, and business opportunities to support sales conversion.</li>
<li>Build and maintain good relationships with customers and key accounts.</li>
<li>Work closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell SGS services to customers.</li>
<li>Ensure timely, accurate handling of inquiries in line with Quality System KPIs.</li>
<li>Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.</li>
<li>Assist on Debtors collection to meet DSO target.</li>
<li>At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.</li>
<li>Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.</li>
<li>Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management</li>
