Job Description

• Handle inbound calls and emails, providing service information and supporting customer inquiries.
• Follow up on quotations, leads, and business opportunities to support sales conversion.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Work closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell SGS services to customers.
• Ensure timely, accurate handling of inquiries in line with Quality System KPIs.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Assist on Debtors collection to meet DSO target.
• At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
• Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management

Job Requirements

• Minimum educations STPM, Diploma or others.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in documentations and well understand standard operating procedure.
• Good interpersonal skill and with good track record in the company.
• Has positive attitude to learn.
• Additional language proficiency is added advantage.
