Manage and optimise Shopee Ads &amp; TikTok Ads (product ads, live ads, campaign ads)
Monitor daily performance metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPA, and sales contribution

Live Session Planning
1) Plan and organize live streaming sessions to maximize sales, audience engagement and conversion rates.
2) Prepare scripts, product highlights and on-screen visuals to ensure smooth, entertaining and informative presentations. Manage product pinning, vouchers, and promotional offers during live sessions to drive urgency and sales.
3) Recruit, train and mentor live hosts to deliver engaging, brand-aligned presentations, including hiring new talent to expand live hosting exposure and diversify hosting styles. Monitor hosts' performance in real time and offer constructive feedback for improvement after live sessions. Schedule and coordinate live sessions while foster a supportive environment by sharing hosting tips, best practices and performance benchmarks.
4) Plan and execute the introduction of fresh product line-ups every quarter, seasonal campaigns, and exclusive limited-time offers to attract repeat and new customers. Develop and refresh visual presentations, background themes, and hosting formats to maintain high audience retention and brand appeal

E-Commerce Agency Liaison
1) Act as the main liaison between the company and the third-party agency (cablers) to ensure smooth communication and clear campaign alignment. Agency included are responsible for live sessions and affiliates account for Tiktok.
2) Provide product samples for live, new updates, and monthly campaign info to help agencies plan and execute effectively which also align with the planned strategies.
3) Monitor sales performance and live report results to keep both sides aligned and improve future campaigns.

Live Hosting
1) Lead daily TikTok Live sessions for a minimum hours per day, consistently maintaining professionalism, and audience engagement throughout each session.&nbsp;
2) Attract and retain new viewers with engaging storytelling, product knowledge, and confident Present and demonstrate a wide range of products in a compelling and entertaining manner, tailored interests and feedback of the live audience.
3) Build and nurture a loyal viewer base through interactive presentation, consistent engagement personal connection, resulting in repeat purchases and high session retention. Analyze live peri metrics to adjust hosting style and optimize audience retention.
