What's for you to learn?

During your internship period, you will play an essential role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. You will assist with clerical tasks, document management, data entry, customer service, and other administrative duties, providing you with a well-rounded experience in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

• Assist with general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
• Support data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers or vendors
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
• Manage office supplies and assist with inventory tracking
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operational processes
• To carry out any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements

 You're welcome to apply if you have these qualities:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or any other relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prefer internship period minimum 3 months & above
• Work Location: Meru, Klang
