<li>Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.</li>
<li>Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.</li>
<li>Maintain and update sales and customer records.</li>
<li>To coordinate order delivery with relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries.</li>
<li>Compile, track, analyze and summarise sales reports for Sales Manager / HOD.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing presentation slides for Sales Manager for Internal / External presentation.</li>
<li>Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee</li>
