<li>Carry out all purchasing duties for food materials, packaging materials and others.</li>
<li>To manage more than 2,000 SKU.</li>
<li>To negotiate terms, quality and prices with suppliers and recommend purchases.</li>
<li>Follow up purchase order issued to suppliers and ensure prompt delivery of goods.</li>
<li>To conduct monthly material / product inventory count.</li>
<li>Manage /maintain stock policies &amp; materials.</li>
<li>Prepare materials analysis; integrating supply demand views, customer forecast, inventory positions, new products launches, and change of model.</li>
<li>To determine right level of raw materials requirement. Drive solutions and escalate for support where necessary.</li>
<li>Follow up on outstanding open orders not meeting targeted material supply plans.</li>
<li>Provide value added ideas and processes to complete task more efficiently.</li>
<li>Prepare and ensure accurately and timely delivery of weekly &amp; monthly reports.</li>
<li> Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.</li>
</ol>
