<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p>
<p>Procurement and materials management executive is responsible to execute, develop, source and manage procurement arrangements to effectively meet organizational supply needs and to ensure that the external and internal facing business units have a constant supply of materials or equipment to meet sales requirements and internal operational needs. They work primarily in an administrative capacity, doing tasks such as scheduling material purchases, monitoring the logistics delivery activities for the movement of materials from source to base and verifying current inventory.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities /Accountabilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Reviews and execute procurement activities in line with the sales and business demands.</li>
<li>To assist in sourcing of new suppliers, negotiate new rates and payment terms.</li>
<li>Conducts supplier analysis and assessments to ensure there is continuance and sustainability of supplies to meet business needs</li>
<li>To liaise and obtain supplier quotations in order to furnish Sales with quotation requirements and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure that these are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required.</li>
<li>To performs the coordination and consolidation of purchases and supplier management to achieve the most favorable cost to product and service quality ratio.</li>
<li>Analyses and proposes process improvements within procurement and related departments such as production and warehouse with the goal of improving the overall planning and purchasing activities within the organization</li>
<li>Maintain good working relationships and rapport with vendors and suppliers in order to facilitate the smooth flow of procurement services.</li>
<li>Monitors transactional procurement activities including obtaining competitive quotes for tenders/RFQ, RFPs etc., processing and issuing POs on time, receipt of orders and on time payments to suppliers.</li>
<li>Administrative management i.e (PO Trackers File, Management of Vendor Portals &amp; Vendor Listing, DOE Import/ Export Process, NPI Approved Parts List)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Supply Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supply’s do not have more than 5% defect rate</li>
<li>Supply meets promised delivery date</li>
<li>To be familiarize with basic Rentwise model, products and service</li>
</ul>
