Job Description

• Manage the full purchasing process — from sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order issuance to delivery follow-up. 
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and ensure the best value for money while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to plan material requirements. 
• Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and documentation. 
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Finance for payment processing and reconciliation.
• Assist in cost analysis, supplier performance evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 
• Minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of sourcing and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, AutoCount, etc.). 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
