Financial Management:

<li>Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as needed to achieve financial objectives.</li>

Staff Management and Development:
<ul>
<li>Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of employees, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and administrative staff.</li>
<li>Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and promote staff development and growth.</li>

Quality and Customer Service:

<li>Ensure that the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are maintained.</li>
