Job Description

We are a boutique insolvency and restructuring firm seeking a talented individual to join us as an Executive. Training will be provided to you prior to taking the assignments. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the companies under liquidation or restructuring. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting team members in Insolvency and Restructuring engagements (i.e. Corporate Rescue Mechanism which involves restructuring the company’s debts and funding requirements) as well as liquidation and receivership engagements;
• Liaising with various stakeholders i.e. company secretary, corporate management, financial institutions, creditors, solicitors and government authorities;
• Preparing plans and drafting status report for entities under liquidation or restructuring for management review;
• Asset recoveries, preservation of charged assets and litigation matters.

Job Requirements

• Start job as soon as possible 
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu are preferred.
• Able to manage multiple engagements at a time and ensure timely completion.
