We are looking for IT Support, Business Analyst and System Analyst to join our young team of motivated professionals. We provide post-project support to our customers on a mid-/long-term tenure with internal career growth opportunities.

A System/Business Analyst is responsible for determining the computing needs of a client, translating them into system specifications and working with relevant parties to come up with the right solution. Duties include completing evaluations of hardware and software, giving advice to shareholders about their IT applications and infrastructure as well as producing cost analysis of potential IT initiatives.&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;
<ins>Duties and Responsibilities</ins>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Examine and evaluate current systems</li>
<li>&nbsp;Understand and Identify system requirements</li>
<li>&nbsp;Consulting with users to determine what role the systems play in the business</li>
<li>&nbsp;Collaborate with IT team and developers in resolving and providing best solution.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments</li>
<li>&nbsp;Provide day-to-day support to customers’ existing IT application team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Perform Administrative tasks regarding raising logs, problem escalation and tracking statuses for logs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Coordination of system/application change requests with customers' users, customers' IT teams, and Silverlake.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Preliminary assessment of incidents and logs.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Requirements gathering for initiatives/projects.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Coordinate change request (CR) progress and status updates.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Provide weekly reports on CR progress&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
